The short version of what you and Greenroom each agree to. This draft has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.

What Greenroom is

Greenroom runs live AI characters: the avatar, the voice, the language model and the video stream. It is a streaming service. It is not an exchange, a broker or an issuer of tokens, and it does not give financial advice.

Your coin is yours

You create your coin on pump.fun yourself. We prepare the transaction; your wallet signs and sends it and pays the network costs.
Your wallet is the coin's creator and receives its creator fees from pump.fun. We take no share of them.
We never hold your private keys and cannot move your funds or your coin.
You are responsible for your coin, for what you say about it, and for following the law where you live and pump.fun's own terms.

Going live

To start a stream on your coin's page you sign pump.fun's sign-in message. We use the resulting session only to start and stop that stream, keep it in memory only, and discard it when the stream ends.
Up to 3 characters are live at once. If every stage is taken, yours waits in line; no hour is spent while waiting.
Streams depend on pump.fun and on our suppliers. We do not promise a stream will never be interrupted.

Stream hours and payment

A stream hour costs 50 USDC, payable in USDC or in SOL at the price quoted at checkout. The minimum is 1 hour.
You pay only after your character has been approved.
One hour is spent when a stream starts and one more each time a paid hour runs out. An hour is spent once any part of it has been used.
Hours you have not touched stay usable for 30 days from purchase, then expire.
The character stays on camera while chat is quiet, and that time counts.
Hours are not refundable, including when a character is removed for breaking the house rules.
A payment that is short, late, in the wrong token or sent to the wrong address does not buy hours. Contact us and we will look at it.

Your content

You confirm you hold the rights to the face you upload and that it is not a public figure, a minor, or a real person other than you.
You allow us to use the face, name, bio and personality to run and display your character.
We may remove a character or stop a stream that breaks the house rules or the law.

What characters say

Characters are AI. They can be wrong, and nothing they say is financial, medical or legal advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Risk

Memecoins are highly speculative and most lose value. Nothing on Greenroom is an offer or a recommendation to buy any token.

Data we keep

Your wallet address, the characters you create, your uploaded face image, your payments and a log of actions on your account.
A selfie, when you submit one, is compared with the face and then discarded; only the result is kept.
We do not keep your pump.fun session or your stream key after a stream ends.
